Returns & Refunds
At Contech Ireland, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Returns
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +353 123 4567. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send back your product without contacting us first.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from the original, such as opened or missing components.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending you a replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Customized or special-order items
- Products that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the event of an exchange due to a defective or damaged item, Contech Ireland will cover all related shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again to ensure the refund wasn’t overlooked.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
